Thank you for shopping at AIverityhub. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a great experience with us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. Returns Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions: Condition: Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. Packaging: Must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact. Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation email, or order number must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned: Gift cards and digital products. Sale or clearance items. Items that are marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
4. Refunds Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, or Shopify payment gateway) within a certain number of days, depending on your bank's processing time. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 5. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an eligible item for the same item or a different size/variant, please send us an email aivarietyhub3@gmail.com for further instructions.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item arrived damaged or defective due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
7. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at aivarietyhub3@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
