2. Delivery Estimates We process and dispatch orders promptly to ensure they reach you within the estimated timeframe. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically be delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Note: Deliveries to remote areas or during public holidays/festive seasons may take slightly longer.

 3. Cash on Delivery (COD) For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across India. COD Fee: We do not charge any additional handling fees for COD orders. Verification: Please ensure you are available at the provided delivery address to receive your order and make the payment to the courier partner upon arrival.

 4. Order Tracking Once your package is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email or Instagram DM. You can use this link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

5. Delivery Issues & Support Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address during checkout. AI verityhub is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
